Inventory:

New Order Template Feature:  Order Templates can be used to list or display the Items you order in a specific order (such as the Vendor's order), or to create an order in advance that contains Items and/or Item quantities that you commonly order (a standard or recurring order). For more info on Order Templates please click this link: Order Templates.

New Copy a Suggested Order Quantity Feature: If you set up Par Levels for your Inventory Items then COGS-Well can suggest the quantity of an Inventory Item to Order.  A button has also been added to the Enter Orders function (see the checkmark in the example below) to copy the Suggested Quantity for each Item to the Pack Quantity, thus converting the suggested order quantities to the actual order quantities. Please note that if you utilize this button, it copies the suggested quantities for all Items (but you can still edit the copied quantities).  A sample of the Enter Orders display is below. For more info on Ordering please click this link: Enter Orders.

New Site Assignment in Storage Locations: When a Storage Location is added or viewed when you are logged in as a Corporate User (not Site), Sites can now be assigned to that Storage Location. There is an option for the Storage Location to be made available to all Sites (check the box). If the box is not checked then a Sites tab will display and you can utilize the Sites tab to assigned the Site or Sites you desire. Please see the screenshot below:
