Un-Delete Entries

Overview:

Un-delete Entries provide users with access to this feature the ability to reverse deleted Inventory Item, Recipe Item, Combined Item, Item Count, Receiving, Waste, Production, and Transfer records that were mistakenly deleted. Once un-deleted, the entries will be active again in COGS-Well.

Things to know!

  • Only users that have been given access to this function will be able to see or use it.
  • Items and transactions can be un-deleted for up to 30 days after being deleted.
  • This feature is only available to system administrators. 

Un-delete Entries

To access this function navigate to Tools > Maintenance > Un-Delete Entries and you will see a display similar to below: 

The display above will show all transactions or item records that have been deleted within the last 30 days. If you want to undelete an item or transaction then highlight the row and click on Un-Delete. When the Un-Delete button is clicked, the below prompt will be displayed. Select Yes to Un-Delete.

Select "Close" when you are done with this function.
