Weekly Sales Mix Report

Overview:

The Weekly Sales Mix Report lists 7 days, side by side, for sales item sales counts, for a selected week.

Things to know!

• This report will only be accessible and visible to users who are given access to this report function. 
• The Weekly Sales Mix Report will list all Sales Item counts and revenue, for a selected week. 
• The Sales Mix Report can run in detail (each Sales Item) or in summary and can filter for Recipe Departments, Categories, or Groups. 

Report Parameters

To Run an Inventory Extension Report, navigate to Recipes & Sales>Reports>Sales Mix>Weekly Sales Mix. Upon selection, a report parameters screen like the below will display:

Site: This filter only displays if you are logged into your company (versus a specific Site).  The drop-down enables a search and selection of your desired Site. 

Week End Date: Select the last day of the week that you would like included in the report using the drop-down calendar.  

Detail or Summary: Select if the report will be printed in detail (all Sales Items) or in Summary (Sales Department and Category summaries only). Examples of each are shown below. 

Recipe Department: If you want to run the report for a specific Recipe Department (an example might be the Food Department), you can use the drop-down to select your desired Department.  

Recipe Category: If you want to run the report for a specific Category (an example might be Draft Beer), you can use the drop-down to select your desired Category.

Recipe Item Group: If you want to run the report for a specific Recipe Group (an example might be Sandwiches), you can use the drop-down to select your desired  Group. 

Include Modifiers: In some situations, modifiers are set up in the POS system with prices and they can be optionally included in the report.  

Run Report: Once you have selected your report parameters, click the Run Report button to list the report.
