How Do I Add a New Site?

Overview:

In COGS-Well, Sites should be created for any restaurant location, warehouse, commissary, or outlet that you wish to isolate for inventory control or POS Financial Reporting. The most common example of a Site is a restaurant.

Request a New Site:

The COGS-Well Implementation Team will set up a new Site for you. They will also make sure that all of your integrations (Plate IQ, Invoice+, EDI Vendors, and your POS) are configured and that your Controller Actions for automated imports are updated.

Information COGS-Well Needs to Know: The New Site Request Form will ask you for the following information:

• Site Name:
• Site Address:
• Invoice Source(s): Plate IQ, Invoice+, and/or Vendors with EDI.
• POS Type (Toast, Revel, etc.)
• Is this new Site already open? If not, when does it open?
  • If using Plate IQ, is it installed yet?
  • Is the POS system installed yet?
