Prep Report

The Prep Report lists all entered prep items and quantities for a desired date range. An example of the report is shown below:

  • This report will only be accessible and visible to users who are given access to this report function. 
  • The Prep Report will list all recorded Prep for a selected date range. 

Prep Report Parameters

To run a Prep Report, use the Sidebar to navigate to the Prep menu option and then select the Prep Report from the submenu. Upon selection, a report parameters screen like the one below will display:

Site: The Site prompt will appear if you are logged into your Company and have multiple Sites. You can run for a specific Site or all Sites (if you do not select a Site).

Begin Date: From the drop-down calendar, select a starting date range. 

End Date: From the drop-down calendar, select an ending date range. 

By Prep Station: If you have set up Prep Stations and you wish to run the report by Prep Station then check the box.

Recipe Prep Station: Use the drop-down to select a prep station.

Run Report: Once you have selected your report parameters, click the Run Report button to list the report.

Prep Report:

Selecting to Run the Prep Report will display a report similar to the one below. Each production entry date is summarized:

Columns: The top row shows the Site name, Prep Date, Prep Group, and User Name). The following rows will show the Prep Item, the batch size, and the batch quantity prepped.
