Download Receiving Images

Overview:

The Download Receiving Images feature will move invoice images to your Download folder for a selected date range and, optionally, for a selected Site or Vendor.

Download Receiving Images:

The selection of this feature will bring a criteria display similar to the one below:

Site: Use the drop-down if you want to select a specific Site if you have multiple Sites.

Begin Date: Use the calendar icon to select a beginning date.

End Date: Use the calendar icon to select an ending date.

Vendor: Use the drop-down if you want to select a specific Vendor.

Click the blue Download Images button after you have selected your criteria. The selected images will download to your Downloads folder on your PC or device.
