More Detail:

Below are more detailed explanations for some of the updates and enhancements listed above:

New Combined Item Evaluation Listing: One of the challenges for setting up combined items is identifying what inventory items need to be combined. The new Combined Item Evaluation Listing is designed to aid this process. The objective is to display or print the inventory items that may need to be combined in consecutive rows (one above the other), by shared Inventory Category, while also showing you which inventory items are already linked to a combined item. Once the items to combine have been identified, they can be added to new or existing Combined Items via the Combined Item Setup feature. A sample of the new listing is below. Because this report sorts by category and alphabetically, items with common names are frequently listed in consecutive rows. Expanded Inventory Item Listing: Several customers have asked us to include more recipe unit information on this listing so the listing now includes the Default Recipe Unit as well as Weight, Volume, and Count recipe unit information. This listing also now has an option to filter by Count Type and it now includes Cout Type and Combined Item status. An example of the listing is below:

New Inventory Extension Comparison report: The new Extension Comparison report will display and enable you to compare up to 4 different inventory valuation count dates to each other. It also will average the quantities and extension values for the reported valuation counts. This report can be used to identify possible count errors, determine trends, etc. An example of the listing that is comparing two prior count values is below. Please click the following link if you would like a more comprehensive review of the Extension Comparison Report

Open Transfer Requests & Suggested Ordering: Several of our customers that utilize commissaries or central warehouses have requested an option to include open transfers (transfers that have not yet been fulfilled) in their suggested order calculations. There is now an option to include Open Transfers in Suggested Quantity Types. Please click the following link if you would like a more comprehensive review of Suggested Quantity Types
