Usage - Site Detail Report

Overview:

The Usage Site Detail Report is for customers with multiple sites that would like to list the usage for each site in a side-by-side format. An example of the report is shown below:

Things to know!

  • This report will only be accessible and visible to users who are given access to this report function. 
  • The Usage is reported for each site in a side-by-side (each site is a column) format.
  • This report defaults to print item values by Pack Size. Items can be configured, however, to report by Count Unit for this report. For more information on changing the "Reporting Unit", please see this link: Report Units - FAQs.  
  • There is an option to view this report horizontally (see below). 

Report Parameters

To Run a Usage Site Detail Report, use the Sidebar to navigate to the Inventory Usage Reports menu option and select Usage Site Detail Report. Upon selection, a Report Parameters screen like the one below will display:

Inventory Count Type: The drop-down will give you the option to report on Valuation Counts (all items were counted) or All Counts (other counts not entered as a Valuation Count). 

Begin Count Date: The drop-down will display dates for inventory counts you have entered. Highlight and select the Begin Count Date.  

End Count Date: The drop-down will display dates for inventory counts you have entered. Highlight and select the End Count Date. 

Inventory Department: If you want to run the report for a specific Inventory Department (an example might be the Food Department), you can use the drop-down to select your desired Department.  

Inventory Category: If you want to run the report for a specific Inventory Category (an example might be White Wines), you can use the drop-down to select your desired Category.

Inventory Item Group: If you want to run the report for a specific Inventory Group (an example might be Dairy), you can use the drop-down to select your desired  Group. 

Run Report: Once you have selected your report parameters, click the Run Report button to list the report.

Sites Orientation:

Usage - Site Detail Report (Horizontal Orientation):

Selecting to Run the Report in detail using the horizontal site orientation will display a report similar to the one below:

The above report shows item usage quantity and dollar amount, by Category, for each Site. A total of each site is provided in the final column. 

Usage - Site Detail Report (Vertical Orientation):

Selecting to Run the Report in detail using the vertical sites orientation will display a report similar to the one below (the sites will be listed on the vertical axis):
