Release Notes - Versions 23.12.02 & 03

Overview:

We have recently released versions 23.12.02 and 23.12.03. Below is a bullet list of the updates and new features in these new releases. Please click on the links for more detailed information:

• New Custom Export features can be set up and used to export transactional data (extensions, sales mix, transfers, theoretical costs, variances, etc.). The data is in a CSV format and the data fields and their sequence can be preconfigured.
• A New Sales and Costs Report provides inventory item, category, and department actual costs for any selected date range (it does not require count dates like the Actual Cost of Sales report). The actual costs are shown in dollars and as a percentage of sales.
• The new "Inventory Group Source" enables selected Inventory Departments, Storage locations, or Items to be assigned to an Inventory Group. This Group can then be selected for the Count Worksheet and Count Entry features to customize the layout. A Group with a Source can also be flagged as used for Valuation Counts which enables more than one valuation count to be entered on the same day. An example is creating a Group for the restaurant and one for the bar.
• An update to the export from Receiving to Quickbooks Online allows for an invoice image to be included for accounts payable.
