Inventory Depletion Report

Overview:

Inventory Depletions are entered to deplete inventory for reasons other than transfers such as donations or promotional activities. Inventory, Combined, Recipe, and Sales Items can be depleted.

The Inventory Depletion Report summarizes the items that have been depleted for a selected date range. It can be run in summary or detail. An example of detail is shown below:

The Inventory Depletion Report shows the Site (unless a site is selected), the date, and the items that have been depleted. The Pack Cost is multiplied by the Pack Size and/or Count Units depleted to determine the total depleted cost for each item. A total amount is calculated for all items.
