Last Week's Order History - FAQs
Overview:
If you are using the ordering feature, the order quantity and the on-hand quantity for each item, for the same day of the week one week prior, can be included in the last two columns on the Worksheets and Entery displays for both the Order and Order by Item features.
Setup:
The option to include last week's history on the Ordering Worksheet and Enter Orders needs to be configured in your Company Settings. Navigate to the Manage Company menu option in the Sidebar and select Company Settings. Only System Administrators will have access to Company Settings.
The Enable Ordering Features must be checked on the General Tab of Company Settings to use Ordering features in COGS-Welll. Enabling Ordering will add a tab next to the General Tab for Ordering. Click on the Ordering tab to configure ordering:
Order and Order by Item Worksheets:
Navigate via the Sidebar to the Orders menu option and then select the Worksheet. Please click this link to the Order Worksheet or Order by Item Worksheet for information on the worksheet parameters. Please note that last week's columns show the quantities for the same day selected for the worksheet, one week prior. Examples of the worksheets with Last Week's information are below.
Enter Orders:
